Google Earth Engine

An alternative way of getting per pixel time series, available only for OLCI level-1 up to now https://code.earthengine.google.com/61fe01512385e06b5bc3f65f78bef692?noload=true

Details on the accuracy of the GEE OLCI dataset and suggested augmentation of missing data see (Prikaziuk, Yang en Van der Tol, 2021) https://doi.org/10.3390/rs13061098

However:

  1. Data is modified (images are reprojected)

  2. Tie-point coordinates are used (less accurate then per pixel geo-coordinates)

Missing data:

  1. Observation geometry (solar and observation angles)

  2. Meteorological data

  3. Top of atmoshpere solar flux

Missing data can be restored in the following way.
